Development

ASPIRE Pathway Streams: Introduction – Beginner to Advanced and Development – Beginner to Advanced Streams

Ages Offered: Grade 2-10

These sessions are great for beginner to intermediate level athletes who are learning the basics and fundamentals of volleyball.

These include the Active Start, FUNdamentals, and Learning to Train models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.

Sessions are offered year round (weekly) and aid in maintaining consistent repetitions which ultimately lead to more technically refined players.

Skills & Play / League

ASPIRE Pathway Streams: Introduction – Intermediate to Advanced and Development – Intermediate to Advanced Streams

Ages Offered: Grade 5-10 (11-16U)

These sessions are great for intermediate to competitive level athletes.

These include the Training to Train and Learning to Compete models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.

These sessions aim to provide a more game-like atmosphere. Athletes will drill for 45-60min and be placed on to teams for the remainder of the session to play 6v6, mini-tournaments or modified game play if numbers allow.

ASPIRE Pathway Streams: Development – Advanced to Performance – Advantage Streams

Ages Offered: Grade 7-12 (13-18U)

These sessions are great for intermediate to competitive level athletes who are learning to perfect and fine-tune their volleyball skills and volleyball IQ in a position specific setting.

Sessions offer a chance for athletes to train with like-minded athletes in the Setter, Outside Hitter, Middle and Libero, Serve/Serve Receive positions.

Athletes will be required to meet session prerequisites before joining.

performance - Advantage Lab

ASPIRE Pathway Streams: Performance – Intro to Performance – Advanced/Lab Streams

Ages Offered: Grade 7-12 (13-18U)

These sessions are for high-performance, competitive level athletes.

These include the Training to Compete, Learning to Win and Training to Win models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.

Similar to our ELITE sessions but contain a more all-round experience that includes Fitness and Mental Training. This camp is via application process only.

Athletes will be required to meet session prerequisites before joining or applying.
