Cancellation policy
All policies below subject to change during unforeseen events (i.e. COVID-19) and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We are here for the love of volleyball and will do whatever we can to make things work and have YOU happy!
WEATHER POLICY – ASPIRE Volleyball Inc. will do their best to RESCHEDULE sessions or provide make-up dates where possible but this is not guaranteed. Outdoor sessions will run RAIN or SHINE. Safety is top priority. No refunds will be issued.
MISSED CLASS POLICY – ASPIRE cannot be held responsible for any classes that an athlete misses for any reason.
CLASS SKILL LEVEL POLICY – ASPIRE cannot guarantee the skill level of each class. Class sizes remain small with a high coach to athlete ratio (8:1) in order to satisfy most athlete needs. Athletes will be asked to accommodate a switch to a different class in order to try and keep a consistent skill level in each class.
Private Sessions
More than 48 hours cancellation notice – $35 fee will be charged.
Less than 48 hours cancellation notice – full amount is forfeited.
Camps / Clinics
More than 14 days cancellation notice – 20% fee will be charged.
Between 13 days – 7 days cancellation notice – 50% fee will be charged.
Less than 6 days cancellation notice – full amount is forefeited.
Refund Exception
If an athlete must cancel due to illness or injury, a doctor’s note must be provided and the full fee amount (-3.9% Stripe fee) will be refunded.
