Weekly: These camps run weekly all year long! Great for developing skills on a more long-term basis.
Clinics: Special 2-5 day sessions that blast you with supreme volleyball skill – a great kickstart to beginning any other program or team or keeping up on training over the summer.
Offered to Grade 2-10 athletes.
These camps are great for beginner to intermediate level athletes who are learning the basics and fundamentals of volleyball.
These include the Active Start, FUNdamentals, and Learning to Train models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.
Camps are offered year round (weekly) and aid in maintaining consistent repetitions which ultimately lead to more technically refined players.
Offered to 13-18U athletes.
These camps are great for competitive level athletes who are learning to perfect and fine-tune their volleyball skills and volleyball IQ.
These include the Training to Compete models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.
Camps are offered year round and offer a chance for athletes to train in a more competitive environment and push to learn new skills to take them to the next level.
Offered to 13-18U athletes.
These camps are for high-performance, competitive level athletes.
These include the Training to Compete, Learning to Win and Training to Win models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.
Similar to our ELITE camps but contain a more all-round experience that includes Fitness and Mental Training. This camp is via application process only.
Skills & Play / league
Offered to athletes in Grade 5-10.
These camps are great for intermediate to competitive level athletes.
These include the Training to Train and Learning to Compete models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.
These camps aim to provide a more game-like atmosphere. Athletes will drill for 45-60min and be placed on to teams for the remainder of the session to play 6v6.
Offered to athletes who have signed or are currently playing on a post secondary institution team.
These include the Training to Win models of Volleyball Canada’s LTAD.
These sessions aim to provide top-level repetitions to keep athletes in shape while they are at home for the break.
Offered to adult athletes who are looking for a place to practice and improve their skills.
Great for beginner to intermediate level athletes who currently play in leagues and want to receive a more formal instruction in a practice venue. All Skill Levels are welcome.
No “on-lookers” for a completely private and safe space for athletes to learn and try new skills
