Volleyball Skills Improvement Camps for Athletes in Grades 8 - 10

If you are looking for more volleyball instruction outside of your school's Phys.Ed. program, then come and experience the next level of training for emerging volleyball athletes. We are looking forward to working with young athletes who want to improve their skills so that they are better prepared to tryout for a volleyball team in their future.


  1. ✓ Movement and Observation Skills each Day

    Athletes will be introduced to movement skills, proper body mechanics to maximize speed and power, and the development of on-court awareness (what is happening around you).

    ✓ Volleyball Skill Based Training each Day

  1. Athletes will be introduced to fundamental volleyball skills including serving, passing, hitting and blocking. Each athlete will be evaluated and corrected for proper mechanics. Personal evaluations will be made throughout all skill based training.
  2. ✓ Game Play Training each Day
    ASPIRE’s philosophy is to “learn volleyball by getting inside the game”. This means that our training objective is to link newly taught or refined volleyball skills to game play. This training approach allows athletes to get the edge on learning the sport of volleyball and to experience skill success within game play. Personal evaluations will be made during game play.

  1. ✓ Small class size with lots of individual athlete attention.

    ✓ Private gym with no on-lookers.

Grade 8-9-10 SUMMER Camp

For girls & boys who would like to continue to improve.

Grade 8 athletes welcome who would like more repetitions.

(includes camp T-Shirt)

Please bring clean indoor running shoes, comfortable gym clothes and a water bottle to the camp each day 

(kneepads are recommended for athletes and you can discuss this with your coach on the first camp day if unsure of what/where to purchase them)
