(Aug 2012)

I have learned so much from the coaches at Aspire. Aspire allows me to focus completely on what I need to work on and the changes that I need to make. The coaches are always looking to make me a better player, and do a great job of finding different ways and different drills to help me make the adjustments that I am working on. I am very grateful to everyone at Aspire for all their help!
Anita - The King’s University College Athlete of the Week (November 1-7, 2010)

Hey coach.......

I just wanted to let you know that I think a light bulb turned on (or at least a small somewhat dim light). Yesterday evening, I played with my Sunday team and I was placed from the middle position to the power position due to who we had showing up. During my first attack, I was
double blocked so I just dumped it behind the block and got a point. It was a great set, but there was no way that I was going to blow it through these 2 gorillas. But, throughout the games I was successfully attacking and getting points. In fact, there was one attack that I knew before hitting it that everything felt perfect. I was double blocked again by those 2 big gorillas, but I was able to power it through. It sure felt good.

Many of the team mates comment on the improvement, but all asked the same question. "... Where the hell did that come from?". They did not get it when I told them it was on the Supersonic Sawula training program. So, thanks for everything and I look forward to more progression with my crazy legs.
