*NEW* ASPIRE Strength and Conditioning Program

  • ASPIRE's Strength and Conditioning Program aims to help volleyball athletes be in peak physical condition. Each multi-week program is designed to supplement and complement each athlete's volleyball training regime and includes:
    • Weight Training: Beginner athletes to weight training will be introduced to the basics of weight lifting and intermediate/elite athletes to weight training will be pushed to train harder and increase overall strength.
    • Take-Home Training: All athletes will be given a personalized program that will include additional work outs to complete during the week before the next session.
    • Small Group Sizes: With only a limited amount of spots available, athletes will be given a lot of feedback and support throughout the 7-weeks at training and at home.
    • March-April session will focus on "fitness for competition" to prepare athletes for their upcoming PROVINCIALS and NATIONALS.
